The living room, kitchen, one bedroom and the main bathroom are wheel
chair accessible as well as the deck.
There is a Vermont Castings wood stove with glass doors and firewood is provided. The home is kept cozy warm with a forced-air gas furnace. There are ceiling fans to cool the home in the summer.
There is an RCA digital satellite dish offering crystal clear TV stations and commercial-free music channels displayed on the color television. A VCR and radio are also provided.
All rooms have Berber carpeting except the kitchen and baths that have quarry tile floors. All bedding, bath and kitchen towels are provided. There is a telephone and answering machine, too.
The walk-out basement is unfinished but has a coin-operated washer and dryer, regulation pool table, foosball table, and a bumper pool table, as well as hide-a-bed, futon, and twin bed..
Boats, motors, deluxe boats and pontoons are not included in the rental price but are available for rent anytime. U-shaped private pier.
