Eagle View is a modern, four-bedroom, comfortable home with a spectacular view of Thousand Island Lake. There is an open kitchen-living room floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with new refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher in the island. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes, toaster, and coffee maker. The large dining table will seat 8. Patio doors span one wall of the kitchen/dining area overlooking the deck and lake. There is a picnic table, lawn furniture, and grill, too.
The living room area features a large entertainment center with TV, VCR and DirecTV network. Kick back on the large, comfy sofa or the totally relaxing large recliner to catch your favorite sport show or movie on TV. A phone and answering machine is included, too.
There are four comfortable bedrooms on the main floor. There are 2 double-size beds, 1 queen-size beds and two twin beds with new mattresses.
This two-bath home has one bath with tub/shower enclosure near the 3 bedrooms at one end of the home. At the other end of the home, and near the fourth bedroom, is another bath with shower.
The lower, unfinished level features a laundry area with a washer and dryer. There is a double bed, couch and chair for additional guests. The large windows offer another spectacular view of Thousand Island, the birds and wild life.
Kitchen and bath towels are provided. A new pier is located in the quiet bay area. Boats, motors, and a pontoon boat are available to rent for your stay.
Bluegill Point is adjacent to Eagle View at the former Lac LaBelle Resort. It is a two-bedroom cottage right on the lake. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has a new queen-sized bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower and a vanity. The kitchen has a full-size stove and oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Pots, pans, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, etc. are included. The living room has large windows overlooking the lake. There is a hide-a-bed and TV (with rabbit ears) in the living room. There is a private pier right in front, lawn furniture, and a picnic table. Bedding is included, but please bring your own bath and kitchen towels and washcloths. Bluegill Point is only available in the spring, summer, and fall.
A sturdy, 14 ft. aluminum boat is furnished with Bluegill Point.
